GIFT CERTIFICATE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF GIFT CERTIFICATE

1. Uomo Collezioni gift certificate is registered and is not transferable.

2. The denomination is indicated on the certificate (amount or tailoring of certain closet items) and fixed with the signature of an authorized person.

3. Certificate is intended for one-time use and is withdrawn at the moment of redemption

4. The certificate is not redeemable for cash

5. In case of loss, damage or theft the gift certificate can not be restored, its cost is not compensated.

6. Gift voucher validity period is indicated in the appropriate section, but no more than 6 months from the date of receipt. Upon the expiry date, the certificate cannot
can not be used to pay for goods, money used to purchase a gift certificate is not returned.

7. If the amount of sewing/purchasing using a gift certificate is less than its face value, the funds are not refundable.

8. If the amount of the sewing/purchase using the gift certificate is greater than its face value, additional payment can be made in cash or non-cash.

9. UOMO Collezioni shall be entitled to unilaterally amend these rules. The certificate holder shall be notified of the changes by posting information on the website www.uomocollezioni.ae
